Maggie McFly's Glastonbury

First time trying Maggie McFly's. We loved it! Busy Wed evening. We tried the Cajun Jambalaya, Chicken Marsala, and chicken and waffles. All were outstanding! Jambalaya had a bit of spice but not overwhelming. Great flavor overall. Marsala dish had fresh made fettuccine, fresh large mushrooms and great sauce. Chicken and waffles had two BIG breasts on a Belgium waffle. Service was pretty good considering how busy it was. Will definitely go back here again

I came to maggies mcflys based on recommendations from my coworkers. They all said "its similar to cheesecake factory"...outside of a massive, borderline overwhelming menu, they were wrong. This place is so much better. The options were unending...everyone can find something here with how diverse the menu is. Before we even ordered, I loved the place. Very open and inviting atmosphere, clean as hell. Even the bathroom was spotless(i had been shopping with my wife all day, and made a trip the second we were given our booth). Only complaint on the bathroom was a damaged lock on the stalls, but any busy restaurant faces those kind of issues). I was between 2 dishes, and went with the servers recommendations, and was over the top happy with it. We had ordered the lobster bisque breadbowl to split, which was flawless. The soup was delicious, but even more so, the breadbowl was next level. Fluffy, and crispy at the same time. Nothing was left when the server came back. Speaking of the server. We were lucky enough to have Jonathan. Dude was amazing. He was super attentive, while at the same time never being disruptive or anything like that. There was one point he past us, and I caught him out of the corner of my eye, checking our waters and that we seemed to both be enjoying our meals, without awkwardly interrupting us mid bite cliche of "is everything to your liking" his tact was absolutely flawless! As far as the food...omg....my wife got the bang bang shrimp and chicken. And it was incredible. She had to fight her pregnancy appetite to ensure she had leftovers for the next days(she may have had to fight me off of eating her leftovers) and I got, upon Jonathan's recommendation, the steak frite special. Now I am infamous for never finishing my meal...I order based on what would I want leftovers of. But it was so perfect, that beyond sanitizing, they really had to put no effort into cleaning my plate. I made one more trip to the restroom, and Jonathan made a comment to my wife about "you two have been a breath of fresh air during my shift today" it made my wife feel great. Tl:Dr-the entire experience was incredible. Menu was great, food was even better. But what really set our experience apart from other restaurants, was our server, Jonathan. 10/10 will absolutely be returning very soon! And in case the GM is seeing this. Give that dude, Jonathan, a raise. He was fantastic!

Came here the day before Mother's Day as early celebration for my brother & my mom. Everyone enjoyed their meals with no complaints. I had lobster Cobb salad, Mom had coconut salmon with pina colada sauce, juiliene veggies & riced cauliflower(very delicious) , brother had seafood chowder & pot roast with veggies & mashed potatoes, and his gf had lemon chicken with spinach & white rice. Yum, yum, yum & YUM

Great service. Very accommodating. Great choice of menu! Food was good quality and portions. A little too noisy.

My boyfriend has raved about this place, I am a newbie. Was told the menu was extensive, and it truly was . It had apps, a fit menu, plant based artisan pizza,sandwiches, burgers, salads, street treats, pasta, house specials, chicken specials, seafood, steak etc.. Chose a pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel roll and a burger with egg on top. Both delish. Waitress was good, meal was good, atmosphere was good. There is nothing negative to say. Absolutely every time we come, food is absolutely delicious and the service is good. It's a redo place every time. My new favorite is the protein bowl . It's just delicious, and every time I come lately, it's what I order. Great service, great food, great atmosphere.

1st timer here! The food & drink menu is veryyy huge! Plenty of options for everyone and your brothers brother kids kids...etc! The mixed drinks are the best in CT so far and we got the Hibiscus Margarita! I got a draft Stella--very cold-- and good size! The seafood casserole w/ shrimp, scallop, crab meat, onion, rice, etc was the one of the best creative seafood dishes I've ever had. Highly recommended! The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and it was good. Will return!!!

Very nice stop. Great server, very attentive and friendly. Food was great and even though the parking lot was full, the food came out fast and they still had seating available.

Ashley was a great server. Very knowledgeable about the menu. She understood my dietary restrictions. Quick service and the meals came out fast with a full resturant and bar. The best server we had at this location
